Information for Proposing New Members

All members of the Rotary Club of Evanston are welcomed and encouraged to
bring prospective members to club lunch meetings to learn more about
Rotary.  After your guest has attended several lunches and you are
confident the prospective member understands and accepts the rights and
responsibilities of membership, have them complete the membership proposal
form.  Be sure they sign the document and understand that by signing it
they are permitting their name to be published in RotoPep as a prospective
member. Submit the form to the Club Secretary.

For the additional steps involved, please refer to the membership process
document also available on the web site.  Please know that the membership
process takes 2-3 months.  It is best to continue to bring your guest
throughout that time to meet as many club members as possible.
